Invitation for Prequalification – Transportation of Goods by Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) Islamabad

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) Islamabad invites qualified suppliers to prequalify for an Open Framework Agreement for the transportation of goods. This procurement is for safe, reliable, and timely transportation services including collection, loading, transportation, unloading, and delivery of departmental goods to designated locations as required by the department in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Transportation of Goods (1 job) The scope includes provision of commercial transport vehicles such as trucks, containers, or delivery vans in good condition, with an established operational setup and technical staff in key hubs like Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Bidders must comply with applicable traffic and transport regulations and demonstrate sound financial standing supported by tax returns and bank statements for the last year. The firms must also provide undertakings regarding cargo safety, tracking mechanisms, goods-in-transit insurance, and liability for loss or damage during transportation. Eligibility criteria require valid NADRA citizenship documents, registration with FBR (NTN and GST), appearance on the Active Taxpayers List, and submission of a Call Deposit Receipt of PKR 120,000 in favor of Assistant Collector (HQ), Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Islamabad. The technical evaluation is based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with a minimum passing score of 70 out of 100 marks.
