Prequalification for Vehicle Repair Services for Toyota and Honda at Collectorate of Customs (Airports) Islamabad

The Collectorate of Customs (Airports) Islamabad invites interested service providers and workshops for prequalification to carry out repair work on vehicles of various makes and models, specifically Toyota and Honda. The scope includes repair, mechanical and suspension work, engine oil changes, wheel alignment and balancing, electric work, and purchase of tyres and other spare parts. Items being procured: - Repair work of Toyota and Honda vehicles - Mechanical and suspension work - Engine oil change - Wheel alignment/balancing - Electric work - Purchase of tyres and other spare parts The technical scope requires workshops to have capabilities in various types of repair and maintenance, overhauling engines, denting and painting, handling software/electronic technology of vehicles, and other repair works. Workshops must have relevant past experience, adequate personnel, equipment, plant, sufficient parking and inspection area, wheel balancing/alignment access, availability of spare parts, and GST/NTN registration. No blacklisting certificate on judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- is mandatory. The workspace must be available for immediate work even at odd hours. Workshops must return old or faulty parts when replaced and be responsible for free replacement during warranty periods. Eligibility requires valid NTN/STRN registration and submission of technical bids on firm letterhead in sealed envelopes. A pay order of Rs. 200,000/- in the name of Deputy Collector (HQ) Collectorate of Customs Airports Islamabad is required as call deposit/pay order. The technical committee will conduct physical visits before prequalification. Key dates: Technical bids must be received by hand on or before 30-09-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM.
