Prequalification of Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles and Bikes with Spare Parts for CCRA Islamabad

The Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority (CCRA), Islamabad, is inviting applications for prequalification of Automobile Workshops, Firms, and Dealerships for Repair and Maintenance services of Vehicles and Bikes, including supply of spare parts, under an Open Framework Agreement for a period of three years. This procurement is specifically for CCRA vehicles and bikes based in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region. The prequalification aims to select well-established and experienced parties registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance Services including Minor & Major Overhauling - All types of AC and Electrical work - Vehicles and Bikes Body Denting and Painting Work - Supply of spare parts for CCRA Vehicles and Bikes The detailed scope includes labor and service tasks such as engine tuning, brake service, wheel alignment, radiator service, generator service, clutch and timing belt replacement, AC service, denting and painting, and other related services. Spare parts include plug sets, timing belts, brake components, fan belts, radiators, engine oil, filters, suspension parts, clutch and brake cylinders, mirrors, lights, and many other vehicle and bike parts. The technical scope requires workshops to have skilled and trained staff capable of handling all maintenance tasks, including 4x4 vehicle mechanics. The contract duration is three years with an open framework allowing multiple prequalified bidders. The work locations are primarily at CCRA Headquarters, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include valid Sales Tax and NTN registration, ATL listing, no blacklisting, relevant experience with at least four work orders or completion certificates, and financial capability with a minimum turnover of PKR 400,000 in the last year. Applicants must submit complete documentation as per PPRA guidelines.
