Prequalification of Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles

National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites applications for prequalification of professional workshops for repair and maintenance of official vehicles. This prequalification is for enlistment on panel for award of work on a need basis. The services required include repair and maintenance of NICL's own fleet vehicles and motor insurance claim vehicles of NICL clients across various locations in Pakistan including Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Muzaffarabad. Items being procured: - Body and accidental repair work - Mechanical and electrical repairs - Denting/painting services - Engine/ABS/ECU-related diagnostics - Genuine spare parts supply and installation - Wheel alignment, balancing, suspension work - Towing facilities (where applicable) - Car detailing and restoration - Any other repair and maintenance related work The scope covers comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance services with emphasis on quality and timely delivery. NICL reserves the right to inspect workshop facilities and verify documents and client references. Eligibility criteria include minimum 3 years experience, completion of at least 3 repair services for clients other than NICL, NTN registration, active taxpayer status, and no blacklisting on PPRA website. Applications must be submitted in a single sealed envelope to the Manager Procurement at NICL Building, Abbasi Shaheed Road, Karachi by 7th September 2026 at 10:30 AM. Opening of applications will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM in the NICL Building conference room and online via Microsoft Teams. The prequalification process follows Single Stage Single Envelope procedure with least cost basis as per PPRA rules. Successful applicants will be enlisted for a contract period of 3 years under open framework agreements. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
