Tender Description
National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, invites bids for the supply of copy-printer consumables and photocopier toners for the financial year 2026-2027 on an as-and-when-required basis. The contract will operate for one year under a framework agreement, with quantities subject to increase or decrease according to institutional requirements.
Mandatory lots and item list: Lot 1, RISOGRAPH EZ-221 copy-printer materials: EZ master roll A4, 250 sheets, original Japan or equivalent, 65 rolls; and EZ black oil-based ink, 1,000 ml, original Japan or equivalent, 65 bottles. Lot 2, photocopier toners: Panasonic DP 8060 toner cartridge, 18 Nos; Panasonic DP 8020 toner cartridge, 18 Nos; Kyocera TA-5002i toner cartridge, 18 Nos; Konica Minolta Bizhub 363 A202030 TN-414 black toner cartridge, 18 Nos; Konica Minolta Bizhub 458e AAJ7030 TN-516 black toner cartridge, 18 Nos; Konica Minolta Bizhub C558 TN-514K black toner cartridge, 18 Nos; C558 TN-514C cyan cartridge, 18 Nos; C558 TN-514M magenta cartridge, 18 Nos; C558 TN-514Y yellow cartridge, 18 Nos; Konica Minolta BIZHUB552 photocopier toner, 18 Nos; Bizhub 554e A33K031 TN-513 black cartridge, 5 Nos; and Bizhub 368e TN-326 black toner cartridge, 18 Nos.
Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all taxes and provide genuine or technically equivalent products matching the specified makes and types. Eligible firms must be GST, income-tax and professional-tax registered, active on ATL, reputable, and experienced in the relevant field for at least two years. Required documents include tax certificates, two years of income-tax returns, one-year bank statement, non-blacklisting affidavit on **Rs. 100** stamp paper, technical documents, and samples where required.
Bid security is **Rs. 80,000** for Lot 1 and **Rs. 20,000** for Lot 2. A non-refundable tender fee of **Rs. 15,000** is also required. Submit electronically through EPADSv2.0 and upload supporting documents; additionally deliver a sealed envelope to Director Administration, Jinnah Block, NUML, by **27 August 2026 at 1100 Hrs**. Bids open at 1130 Hrs the same day. Delivery is required within two weeks of each supply order. Confirm EPADS registration and verify all technical specifications before quoting.
