Printing of Answer Books for National Fertilizer Corporation Institute of Engineering and Technology (NFC-IET) Multan

The National Fertilizer Corporation Institute of Engineering and Technology (NFC-IET) Multan invites sealed bids for the procurement of Printing of Answer Books for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The front page must have full-page printing with a serial number as per the sample available at the Director Purchase office, NFC-IET Multan. The dimension for all answer books is 11 by 9 inches. The delivery schedule is within 60 days of contract award. Eligibility criteria include proof of past printing experience, affidavit of non-blacklisting, undertaking for quality assurance, affidavit for maintaining secrecy of answer sheets, and submission of paper samples. Bidders must comply with all technical specifications and submit bid security as specified. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
