Provision of Printing, IT, Internet, Security, Transport, Janitorial and Plumbing Services

The Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan Islamabad, invites pre-qualification applications from authorized and eligible firms, contractors, and bidders for the provision of various services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for suppliers and service providers based in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Printing Services (Printing of Miscellaneous as per required on need basis) - IT Services (Provision of IT related services on need basis as per required) - Internet Services (Connection fiber optic with OWT, Speed 50Mbps with truly Unlimited Download & uploading, 24 hrs helpline/Customer Support Service, Mobile Application/Web for management/Status Monitoring) - Provision of Security Guards (Purely temporary & on monthly remuneration basis, Proper uniform with weapon (Valid Government License), Armed forces retired person) - Hiring of Mini Bus/Coaster Services (For pick & drop from Dhoke Syedan, Bakra Mandi, Harty street, Kashmir Choke, Old airport, Korai Choke Rawalpindi to Zeropoint Islamabad and back) - Janitorial Services (Provision of trained Janitorial Staff on need basis) - Plumbing Carpentry Electrical Services (Providing/fixing of Floor/Wall Tiles, Ceiling, Wooden Doors, Wash Room Fittings, White Washing, Floor Griding, PVC Paneling, Wooden Wall Partition and PVC hard Paneling etc. as per list) The scope covers a wide range of services including printing, IT support, high-speed internet connectivity with customer support, security personnel with valid licenses, transport services for staff commuting, janitorial staff provision, and plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance works. The services are required on a need basis and include both temporary and ongoing monthly remuneration contracts. Interested firms must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for both income tax and GST. Registration on the PPRA e-PADS Portal is mandatory. Firms must also be valid vendors of AGPR Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. Submission of NTN, Sales Tax Registration Number, AGPR Vendor Number, and IBAN details is required. The tender document must be downloaded from the PPRA portal and proposals submitted only through the e-PADS Portal, duly signed and stamped. A security deposit of 5% of the quoted price in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, PID Islamabad, must be uploaded. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for submission is **July 30, 2026 by 02:00 PM**. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and proposals are unconditional to avoid rejection. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to apply. A practical tip for bidders: Carefully prepare your technical and financial bids ensuring compliance with all registration and documentation requirements, and submit strictly via the e-PADS portal before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to handle any technical issues on the portal.
