Procurement of Printing Material, Medals and Degree Folders for Convocation 2027

Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage Sukkur invites electronic bids from well-reputed companies/firms/suppliers/contractors and decoration & catering service providers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax for procurement of printing material, medals and degree folders for Convocation 2027 in Sukkur. Items being procured: - Invitation cards with premium envelopes printed on 300 g hard paper (200 Nos.) - Convocation programme/booklet on silk paper with UV branding (200 Nos.) - Panaflex star quality printing panels with iron frames (total 4040 sq ft) - Entry gate with panaflex branding and installation (360 sq ft) - Balloon gates with 400 balloons each and installation (3 Nos.) - Roll-up standees 2.5 ft by 5 ft (10 Nos.) - Volunteers/organizers cards with hard plastic coating and branded ribbons (200 Nos.) - Certificates on mate quality 300 g hard paper (200 Nos.) - Category-A golden metal shields with premium shield box (20 Nos.) - Category-B wooden shields with golden frame (40 Nos.) - Category-C acrylic shields with wooden frame (50 Nos.) - Gold, silver, and bronze medals brass 2.5 inch size with engraving and premium ribbons (50 Nos. each) - Medal presentation boxes with artificial leather (150 Nos.) - Leather brown premium degree folders with embossed logo and university name (250 Nos.) The contractor shall be responsible for planning, execution, printing, delivery, and installation of all materials as per approved designs and specifications. All goods must meet quality standards and be free from defects. Samples must be submitted for approval before bulk printing. The university reserves the right to inspect and reject non-compliant materials. Delivery and installation must be completed within the specified timeframe. Earnest money and bid security are required as per tender documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR and meet technical and financial eligibility criteria. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS portal by 01:00 PM on October 06, 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the conference room of the university. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
