Provision of Services for Printing of Publicity Material

The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) Islamabad is procuring comprehensive printing services for a variety of publicity materials for the year 2026. Eligible bidders must be GST registered with a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and must be active taxpayers with FBR. Firms should demonstrate sound financial standing with bank statements or turnover details for the last financial year. Experience in printing similar promotional materials and possession of in-house printing and press facilities is mandatory. A bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of a bank draft or call deposit is required. The bid security must be valid for at least six months and submitted with the financial proposal. Firms blacklisted by any government agency are not eligible. The tender follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure where technical proposals will be evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. Bids must be submitted in tape or ring binding with proper indexing and page numbering.
