Procurement of Printing Services and Supply & Installation of Steel Boards for Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System Sindh

The Sindh Social Protection Authority under the Social Protection Department, Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Printing Services and Supply & Installation of Steel Boards as part of the Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh (SSPDSS). This procurement is funded by the International Development Association (IDA) through a credit from the World Bank under IDA Credit No. 7229-PK. Items being procured: - Printing Services - Supply and Installation of Steel Boards The supply of printing material and the supply & installation of steel boards will be carried out across twenty-two (22) project intervention districts of Sindh. The bidding will be conducted using National Competitive Procurement (NCB) with a Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Section, PM&IU of SSPDSS and inspect the bidding document during office hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The bidding document in English can be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- via pay order or bank draft in favor of Sindh Social Protection Authority. Alternatively, the document can be downloaded from the official website without any fee. Bids must be delivered to the specified address on or before September 16, 2026, by 11:00 a.m. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All bids must be accompanied by a duly completed Bid-Securing Declaration as per the bidding document. Failure to submit this declaration will render the bid non-responsive.
