Tender Description
Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the supply of printing and stationery items including letter heads, envelopes, sharpeners, erasers, dusters, file folders, staples, clips, highlighters, gum sticks, pencils, A-4 papers, staplers, box files, D-ring files, and transparencies. The procurement is conducted through an electronic bidding system (EPADS) under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended). The estimated cost is approximately 1.135 million PKR.
Bidders must comply strictly with technical specifications and provide warranty details. Delivery is required at Sukkur IBA University within 30 days after contract award. Submission of bids is electronic only via EPADS, and manual bids will not be considered. Eligibility criteria include valid tax registration, experience, and non-blacklisting affidavit.
