Printing and Supply of Corporate Cards for Corporate Clients at Health & Accident Insurance Zonal Office Faisalabad

This tender invites sealed technical and financial bids for the printing and supply of corporate cards for corporate clients by the Health & Accident Insurance Zonal Office Faisalabad under the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. Items being procured: - Printing and supply of approximately 500,000 multi-color plastic corporate cards made preferably of PVC plastic material +/- 5% 760 Micron or equivalent as per ISO Standards 7816 - Card size 86*54 mm as per ISO Standard 7816 - Multi-color digital 4+4 offset printing on both sides with metallic printing and customization The scope includes high-quality printing with specific material and size standards. The delivery time is normally seven days from the issuance of the work order, with provisions for urgent requirements. Bidders must be registered with E-pad, GST, and Income Tax, have at least five years of relevant experience, and meet mandatory requirements including valid tax registrations, bid security, proof of non-blacklisting, financial proposals, ISO certifications, and past experience with similar government projects involving at least 2 million cards. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS V2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on 11.09.2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. A bid security of 2% in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of H&AI, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, must be submitted in original before the closing date. The quoted rates must remain valid for 120 days and include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Physical samples of the cards are also required.
