Printing and Supply of Tabulation Registers (Framework Basis)

The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi is inviting bids for the printing and supply of tabulation registers on a framework basis for the upcoming academic and examination cycles. This procurement is being conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and is open to reputed and established firms, suppliers, and contractors registered with the relevant tax authorities. The project is based in Karachi and aims to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of tabulation registers as per the Board's requirements. Items being procured: - Printing of Tabulation Sheet with cost of 100 gram imported offset paper in green color - Section A: Composing, Printing Stop and Go through ruling of tabulation sheets in outlines only in the size of 20 x 30 inches as the case may be, with minimum spoilage - Section B: Composing and printing of text (entries) spread cover in 3 columns (from column 2 to 4) in the printed tabulation outline on sheets of 20 x 30 inches size as the case might be (for 1 copy only) (for 2 copies only) with minimum spoilage - Section C: Binding changes (for all operations) including cost of material, Rahwali straw board of suitable grammage (specimen may be seen if desired), cloth back and corners, marble paper on sides, inside thick linings, sectional sewing (Juzbandi Silai), numbering and labeling etc The technical scope includes composing, printing, binding, numbering, and labeling of registers, with all materials and labor charges included. Bidders must have at least 3 years of experience in sensitive data entry for any board or government department, with evidence of at least 3 contracts of Rs. 10 million each in the last 3 years. Registration with FBR for Income Tax, GST, and Sales Tax is mandatory. Bid security of 3 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a demand draft, pay order, or bank guarantee in favor of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and in hard copy to the Administration General Section, Old Building, 1st Floor, Room No. 31, Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, by 08 September 2026 at 2:30 PM. The opening of bids will take place the same day at 3:00 PM. A practical tip: Ensure your bid includes all required supporting documents, especially the signed samples of 5 leaves of paper, as unsigned samples will be treated as non-responsive. Early registration on the EPADS portal is also recommended to avoid last-minute technical issues.
