Procurement of 11/0.4 KV Distribution Transformers, Steel Structures, 11 KV Insulators and Other 11 KV Distribution Material

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) Material Management department is procuring a comprehensive range of electrical distribution materials including 11/0.4 KV Distribution Transformers, Steel Structures, 11 KV Insulators, and other related 11 KV distribution items for supply across multiple locations such as Peshawar, Nowshera, Chakdara, and Bannu in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 with funds reserved accordingly. The technical scope covers supply of various transformers ranging from 25 KVA to 200 KVA, steel utility poles, multiple types of insulators including disc, pin, spool, and drop out cut outs, steel cross arms and pins, current transformers, connectors, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers, and cable lugs. All items must comply with WAPDA PPMC/NTDC specifications and standards, with detailed inspection and testing requirements including stage and final inspections, sample testing at authorized labs, and ISO certifications for firms supplying distribution transformers. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, DISCO/NTDC/PPMC, and provide valid prototype approvals or affidavits where applicable. They should have prior experience with at least one purchase order from DISCOs or WAPDA formations along with satisfactory performance certificates. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of May 18, 2026, 10:00 AM, with original bid security physically submitted to PESCO HQ, WAPDA House Peshawar. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents, ensure timely registration on EPADS, and strictly comply with submission requirements to avoid disqualification.
