Procurement of 11 KV Capacitor Control Panel by Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its Project Management Unit (PMU) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 11 KV Capacitor Control Panels under contract reference P35195 for the financial year 2026-27. The manufacturer's production capacity must be double the total sum of orders in hand, expected orders in pipeline, and this order if awarded. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, NTN, GST, and compliance with PEC requirements where applicable. Bidders must submit bid security or bid securing declaration as per PPRA rules. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of two members.
