Procurement of 30000 Nos 11 KV Pins (Steel Cross) as per NTDC Specification No. P-24:82 (Amended todate)

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 30000 Nos 11 KV Pins (Steel Cross) as per NTDC Specification No. P-24:82 (Amended todate). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana. The loading and unloading of the goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 30000 Nos 11 KV Pins (Steel Cross) as per NTDC Specification P-24:82 (Amended todate) The technical scope requires compliance with NTDC specifications and relevant IEC standards. Prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC/NGC within the last three years is mandatory or must be obtained before mass production at the bidder's cost. The delivery schedule requires 100% supply within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order. The supplier must provide inspection certificates and warranty certificates as per contract terms. Eligibility criteria include registration with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category, valid FBR registration with active taxpayer status, and proven experience with at least two contracts for similar supplies in the last five years. Bid security of Rs. 556,200/- in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 with a hard copy of the bid security submitted physically before the deadline. The bid opening will be conducted on EPADS v2.0 on October 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price within 7 days of the Letter of Intent. Payment will be made in PKR within 30 days of invoice submission and acceptance.
