Procurement of T-2065 11 KV Steel X ARM for Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of T-2065 11 KV Steel X ARM under contract reference P106423 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Quetta, Balochistan, with delivery to QESCO Regional Store at Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. Items being procured: - 11 KV Steel X ARM (Quantity: 3694 units, Delivery Schedule: 1 to 60 days) - 11 KV Steel X ARM (Quantity: 3695 units, Delivery Schedule: 61 to 120 days) The technical specifications conform to DDS-13:2009 (Amended to Date). The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and PPMC (former PEPCO) and have valid prototype approval. Experience in supplying 11 KV Steel X Arms to QESCO or other DISCOs/NTDC over the last two years is mandatory. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM through EPADS v2.0. The original bid security must be submitted physically to QESCO HQ, Zarghoon Road, Quetta before the deadline. Inspection of goods will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises by authorized representatives. Delivery must be made on FCS basis to the specified QESCO store. The contract includes a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices.
