Procurement of T-2064 11 KV & 33 KV Pin for Steel X Arm by Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2064 11 KV & 33 KV Pin for Steel X Arm under contract reference P106408 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Quetta, Balochistan, with delivery to QESCO Regional Store at Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. Items being procured: - 11 KV Pin for Utility Pole Steel X-Arm, Quantity: 4222 Nos - 33 KV Pin for Utility Pole Steel X-Arm, Quantity: 3359 Nos The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid prototype approval, and demonstrate satisfactory past performance supplying similar items to QESCO or other DISCOs over the last two years. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory. The technical specifications conform to DDS-12-87 (amended) for 11 KV pins and DDS-42-88 (amended) for 33 KV pins.
