Procurement of 11 KV Cross Arm Steel with Braces as per NTDC Specification DDS-13:2009

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 4500 Nos of 11 KV Cross Arm Steel with Braces as per NTDC Specification DDS-13:2009 (amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana in Sindh province. The loading and unloading of the goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 4500 Nos 11 KV Cross Arm Steel with Braces The technical specifications require compliance with NTDC Specification DDS-13:2009 (amended to date) and relevant IEC standards. Prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC is mandatory, and if not available, the successful bidder must obtain it before mass production at their own cost. The delivery schedule requires 100% supply within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order. Bidders must be pre-qualified and registered suppliers or manufacturers with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and hold valid prototype approval. They must also be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, audited financial statements for the last three years, evidence of similar supplies with relevant purchase orders and performance certificates, and submission of bid security amounting to Rs. 895,050 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 10:30 AM on October 14, 2026, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Technical compliance, financial capacity, and past performance will be evaluated. The contract will be awarded on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price within 7 days of the Letter of Intent. The warranty period for the goods is 12 months from the date of supply completion.
