Wah Industries Limited (WIL) invites sealed quotations for the procurement of 12.7 X 99 MM Proofing Standard Round (NATO) ammunition, specifically 3500 rounds as per specification AEP-97. This procurement is based in Wah Cantt, Punjab, and is intended to meet the operational requirements of WIL. Items being procured: - 12.7 X 99 MM Proofing Standard Round (NATO), Quantity: 3500 rounds The technical scope includes supply of ammunition that must be adequately protected against environmental damage during transit and storage. Inspection will be conducted by the Quality Assurance Directorate Wah or its authorized representative upon receipt at POF SJL. The stores will be supplied on a warranty/guarantee basis. Price quotations must be on a C&F basis. Firms from China must quote in Chinese Yuan (CNY & RMB). Export license capability is mandatory for participation. Eligibility criteria require submission of a technical offer and a commercial offer in separate sealed envelopes under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The technical offer should include detailed specifications and literature without price information, while the commercial offer should contain pricing and payment terms. The quotation must remain valid for at least 90 days from the tender opening date. Performance bond up to 10% of contract value is required for contracts exceeding US $50,000, furnished as an unconditional bank guarantee within 45 days of LC opening. The tender opening is scheduled for 15-10-2026 at 11:30 hours, with submissions due by 11:00 hours on the same day at the POF Bid Center, Wah Cantt. Bidders may witness the opening or send authorized representatives with a letter of authority. Late submissions will not be entertained. Offers sent by fax before opening are acceptable.
