Procurement of 132 kV ACSR Conductor, Earth Wire, and Hardware Material for 132kV Transmission Line

The Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) Abbottabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of goods planned for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at supporting the transmission infrastructure with essential electrical materials. Items being procured: - 132 kV ACSR Conductor (Rail and Lynx) - Earth Wire (9mm²) - Hardware Material for 132kV Transmission Line The procurement involves supply of high-quality electrical conductors and associated hardware materials suitable for 132kV transmission lines. These materials are critical for maintaining and expanding the power transmission network in Abbottabad and surrounding areas. Bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Rules 2026 and submit their bids in a Single Stage-One Envelope format using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee as specified in the bidding documents. The original bid security must be submitted physically at Room No 209, HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
