Procurement of 132kV ZM Type Towers and Leg Extensions

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for the procurement of 132kV ZM Type Towers and Leg Extensions for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for delivery to PESCO's Grid Station Complex at Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar. The items being procured include: - ZM-I type Tower (complete) with Nuts, Bolts and all accessories without Stubs & cleats, quantity 65 - Stubs and cleats for ZM-1 type towers, quantity 65 sets - 3M leg Extension for ZM-I type Tower, quantity 16 - 6M leg Extension for ZM-I type Tower, quantity 2 - ZM-30 type Tower (complete) with Nuts, Bolts and all accessories without Stubs & cleats, quantity 13 - Stubs and cleats for ZM-30 type towers, quantity 13 sets - 3M leg Extension for ZM-30 type Tower, quantity 8 - ZM-60 type Tower (complete) with Nuts, Bolts and all accessories without Stubs & cleats, quantity 6 - Stubs and cleats for ZM-60 type towers, quantity 6 sets All items must comply with the latest NGC/WAPDA/NTDC/IEC specifications and standards, including valid type test reports from accredited laboratories. The delivery schedule is 120 days from the date of contract award. The procurement follows a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligible bidders must demonstrate relevant manufacturing and supply experience, including a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 180 million over the last three years, valid FBR registration, and compliance with PEC categories as applicable. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 platform by Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
