Procurement of 200 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers

The IESCO (Material Management) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 200 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers under tender reference P77752. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - 200 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers (Quantity: 100 units) The transformers must comply with NTDC Specifications No. DDS-71:2004 & DDS-84:2020 (WITH AMENDMENT-5) including the specifications for fiber glass reinforced plastic doors as per IESCO's requirements. The delivery location is IESCO Regional Store, Islamabad, with full quantity to be delivered within 60 days from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including valid prototype approval, registration with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC, no blacklisting, and financial and technical capacity as detailed in the bidding documents. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required. The bid validity period is 120 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 10:30 AM.
