Procurement of 25 KVA Pole Mounted Distribution Transformer

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) (Material Management Directorate) is procuring 25 KVA Pole Mounted Distribution Transformers for delivery to multiple regional stores including Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Jhelum. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to enhance the distribution network with high-quality transformers conforming to NTDC Specification DDS-84:2020 (Amended to date). The technical scope includes supply of 300 transformers in total, with delivery schedules ranging from 45 to 105 days from the date of issuance of purchase orders. The transformers must meet stringent quality standards and will be subject to inspection by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore and IESCO representatives. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The bid validity period is 120 days. The submission deadline is Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10:30 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
