Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). The procurement is for 3 types of empty cylinders as per Annexure 'A'. Delivery period is 2 months after signing of contract. Items being procured: - 3 Types of Empty Cylinder (quantities as per Annexure 'A') Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if any, attested copies of registration certificates issued by Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates, audit reports of last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for last one year, attested CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or suspended, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and postal orders of Rs 2000/- enclosed with Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
