Procurement of 3,249 Standard Asset Performance Management Systems with Magnetic Contactor and Non-Motorized MCCB for PESCO Swat

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for the procurement of 3,249 Standard Asset Performance Management Systems (APMS) with Magnetic Contactor and Non-Motorized MCCB, under Package IV of the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP). This procurement includes allied materials and related services for installation in the PESCO Operation Circle Swat. Items being procured: - 3,249 Nos Standard Asset Performance Management System (APMS) - Magnetic Contactor - Non-Motorized MCCB - Allied materials and related services for installation The goods shall be delivered at the Project Site: PESCO GSC Warehouse, 132 kV Grid Station, Industrial Estate, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The contract covers supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of the APMS along with allied materials for distribution transformers of 200KVA and 100KVA ratings. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a single stage two envelope procedure on Carriage and Insurance Paid (CIP) basis. Bids will be evaluated with 30% weightage on technical and non-price factors and 70% on bid cost. Interested bidders must be eligible under the World Bank procurement regulations and should provide a bid security of US$ 50,000 or equivalent PKR at the exchange rate 28 days prior to bid submission. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 27-10-2026 at 11:00 AM local time at the purchaser's office. Bids must be delivered by 10-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bidding is not permitted. The original bid envelope and technical part will be publicly opened immediately after bid submission deadline. The financial part will remain sealed until the second public opening.
