Procurement of 40 Laptops for Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) invites sealed bids from eligible and registered bidders and authorized OEM partners for the procurement of 40 professional/business series laptops. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The technical scope requires compliance with detailed specifications ensuring high performance and durability suitable for professional use. Bidders must be registered with SECP and relevant tax authorities, provide OEM authorization, and demonstrate compliance with the scope of work. Warranty of 3 years is required, commencing from final acceptance, supported officially by the OEM. The offered models must not reach End of Life or End of Support during the warranty period. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 03:00 PM**. The original bid security in the form of a Pay Order must be physically submitted to the PRAL office at Galaxy Business Center, 2nd Floor, Plot # 266-B, Street # 9, Sector I-9/3, Islamabad before the deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM at PRAL Head Office, Sector I-9/3, Islamabad for clarifications.
