Procurement of T-2077 50 kVA Distribution Transformers by Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2077 50 kVA Distribution Transformers under the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Quetta, Balochistan, with delivery scheduled in two equal lots of 167 units each, to be delivered within 120 days at the QESCO Regional Store, Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. Items being procured: - 50 kVA Distribution Transformers (334 units total, split into two delivery schedules: 1 to 60 days and 61 to 120 days) The transformers must comply with DDS-84:2020 specifications and amendments to date, including valid prototype approval and satisfactory past performance in QESCO or other DISCOs. The technical scope includes manufacturing and delivery of transformers with quality control inspections at the manufacturer's premises and stage inspections of raw materials. Inspection will be conducted by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC or authorized representatives along with QESCO inspection team. Bidders must provide bid security as per the bidding documents and submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEPCO/WAPDA or any DISCO/PPMC, have valid sales tax registration, prototype approval, and satisfactory performance reports. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026, at 01:30 PM, with bid opening at 02:00 PM the same day.
