Procurement of 5000 Tracksuits for Students of ICT Schools

The Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination (Ministry of IPC) Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of 5000 tracksuits for students of ICT schools. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply quality tracksuits meeting the specifications detailed in the tender documents. The procurement will be conducted under the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Tracksuit Trouser: Fabric Imported Trinda 240 GSM, Pocket both sides with Bon Zip, Zip Quality YKK, Elastic Crystal No.1 - Tracksuit Shirt: Fabric Micro Pique 220-240 GSM, Polo Collar Design, Embroidery of Govt. Logo at front and Ministry of IPC name at back - Sizes for Boys Shirt: Small (Chest 21", Length 28", Sleeve 24"), Medium (Chest 22", Length 29", Sleeve 24.5"), Large (Chest 23", Length 30", Sleeve 25") - Sizes for Boys Trouser: Small (Waist 30", Length 39"), Medium (Waist 32", Length 40"), Large (Waist 34", Length 41") - Sizes for Girls Shirt: Small (Chest 20", Length 29", Sleeve 19"), Medium (Chest 21", Length 30", Sleeve 19"), Large (Chest 22", Length 31", Sleeve 19") - Sizes for Girls Trouser: Small (Waist 30", Length 38"), Medium (Waist 32", Length 40"), Large (Waist 34", Length 41") The technical scope includes supply of tracksuits made from specified fabrics with quality zippers and embroidery as per government logo and Ministry of IPC branding. The delivery period is 30 days from issuance of the Letter of Acceptance. Quality and specifications will be subject to lab testing at the supplier's expense. Eligibility criteria include minimum 3 years relevant experience, registration with FBR and other relevant authorities, active tax payer status, audited financial statements for last three years, manufacturer authorization certificate if applicable, and affidavits for non-blacklisting and supply within 30 days. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the Committee Room, 2nd Floor, Ministry of IPC, Kohsar Block, Islamabad. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and performance guarantee is 5% of contract price. Payment will be made in PKR after delivery and inspection. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and upload all required documents including bid security scanned copy before the deadline. Submit original bid security physically to the specified address before closing time to avoid disqualification.
