Procurement of 6 Laptops for Capital Development Authority IT Directorate

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) IT Directorate in Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 6 laptops as part of its FY 2026-27 procurement plan. Items being procured: - 6 Laptops The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0, using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 8, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 and submit a bid security as specified in the bidding documents, which can be in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit.
