Procurement of 60 KVA UPS with Installation on Turnkey Basis

The Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited in Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of a 60 KVA UPS system with turnkey installation. Installation includes laying of power cable ducts, connection of cables, and commissioning of the UPS system. The UPS must meet international standards IEC 60529, EN/IEC/AS 62040 series and provide features such as ECO mode, audible alarms, remote monitoring via SNMP, and parallel operation capability. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered companies with NTN and GST, active taxpayers, and not blacklisted. OEM authorization and compliance to technical specifications are mandatory. Bid security in the form of Pay Order is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 portal with original bid security physically delivered to the specified address before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day on EPADS v2.0. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
