Procurement of Abkalani Material and Machinery for Financial Year 2026-27 along Canals and Bunds in Ghotki Division (Irrigation) Ghotki

The Office of the Executive Engineer Ghotki Division (Irrigation) Ghotki invites bids for the procurement of goods and services related to plantation of various kinds of plants using an alternate procurement method as per SPPRA rules. This tender is specifically for the procurement of Abkalani material and machinery for the financial year 2026-27 to be used along canals and bunds in the Ghotki Division. Items being procured: - Abkalani Material - Machinery for plantation and related works The scope includes supply of Abkalani material and hiring of machinery at site as and when ordered throughout the financial year 2026-27, adhering to PWD specifications. The procurement will be conducted through EPADS with a single electronic package containing separate technical and financial proposals. The technical proposals will be evaluated for qualification, and only technically responsive bids will have their financial proposals opened. The earnest money required is Rs. 1,000,000 and the tender fee is Rs. 1,500. The bid validity period is 90 days. Eligibility criteria include registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN certificate with filer status for FY 2024-25, GST registration with quarterly filer status, income tax returns for the last two years, bank statements, and relevant experience of at least two years with a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 20 million annually. Documentary evidence of machinery ownership or rental and professional staff bio-data must also be submitted. The tender submission deadline is Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 01:00 PM via EPADS, with technical proposals opened at 02:00 PM the same day. In case of public holidays or absence of committee members, bids will be opened on the next working day. The office is located in Ghotki, Sindh.
