Procurement of Accessories of Central Oxygen Supply System for New Emergency Block

The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura invites E-Bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of accessories of the Central Oxygen Supply System specifically for the new Emergency Block. This procurement is on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the financial year 2026-27 under the budgetary umbrella of the Government of Punjab, Health & Population Department in Sheikhupura. Items being procured: - Accessories of Central Oxygen Supply System for new Emergency Block The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit bid security of 2% as mentioned online. Bids must be uploaded and submitted by 31st October 2026 till 11:00 AM on the Punjab E-Procurement System portal. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of representatives of the firms who choose to attend. Late applications will not be entertained. Bidders are directed to prepare and submit bids enlisting all items/products intended to be quoted and attach all relevant required documents and samples pertaining to each quoted item/product as available with Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). All documents should be prepared as per the sequence of bidding documents and while mentioning items for which the bid is being quoted, the tender inquiry number must be the same as mentioned in bidding documents. Prices should be quoted per unit or pack inclusive of all taxes as mentioned. Samples of each quoted item must be submitted before the closing time or as specified by the procuring agency, otherwise the bid shall be rejected.
