Procurement of AC/DC Panel

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring AC/DC Panels as part of its FY 2025-26 procurement plan. This procurement involves supply of two AC/DC Panels conforming to the latest WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. The panels are to be delivered within 150 days from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order at HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad. An average annual turnover equal to or exceeding the bid price is required. Blacklisted firms are disqualified. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory and must be submitted physically before the deadline. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria.
