Procurement of 400 KM ACSR Conductor Dog as per NTDC Specification P-50:88 (Amended to Date)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 400 KM ACSR Conductor Dog as per NTDC Specification No. P-50:88 (Amended to Date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The loading and unloading of the goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 400 KM ACSR Aluminum Conductor Dog polyethylene covered line wire as per NTDC Specification P-50-88 (Amended to Date) The technical scope requires compliance with NTDC specifications and IEC standards. Prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC is mandatory, and if not available, must be obtained before mass production at the supplier's cost. The delivery schedule requires 100% supply within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order. The supplier must be pre-qualified and registered with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, hold valid prototype approval, and be registered with FBR with active taxpayer status. Experience of at least two contracts supplying ACSR Conductor Dog in the last five years is required. Bid security of Rs. 4,476,000 in PKR is mandatory in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by 15 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Hard copy of bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at SEPCO Head Office, Sukkur. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM via EPADS. Manual bids will not be entertained. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. Warranty period is 12 months from completion of supply. Inspection and testing will be conducted at supplier premises and by SEPCO representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents, ensure compliance with specifications, and submit all required documents including technical details, financial statements, and integrity pact. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation.
