Procurement of Additional Compute Resources for Database Monitoring Solution with Storage Support Renewal & SAN Switches POD Licenses

Items being procured: - Rack Mount Servers (8 units) with Intel Xeon 6767P processors, DDR5 memory, RAID controller, SSD storage, network interfaces, redundant power supplies, and 3 years warranty - Support Renewal for Huawei Daradoo 3000 V6 storage system (75TB NVME) for 3 years - IBM SAN switches with 8-ports on demand license and 32Gbps SFPs, including Dell EMC SAN switches maintenance and support renewal for 3 years The scope includes supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and three years of comprehensive OEM-backed support and maintenance. The bidder must ensure local presence with certified engineers and warehouse facilities in Pakistan. No remote access for troubleshooting is permitted; all support must be onsite. Eligibility requires valid NTN, GST registration, ATL listing, OEM partnership certificates, and experience with similar government deployments. Bid security and performance guarantees are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by October 1, 2026, 11:00 AM, with original bid security submitted physically to the State Bank of Pakistan Building, Islamabad.
