Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of ADF Scanners under Tender No P-65/2026 with contract reference P128398. Delivery location is NFC Building (Ex-RTO Islamabad), Mauv Area G9 Building Islamabad, with delivery scheduled within 12 weeks from the award of purchase order. Eligibility criteria include company registration, NTN and GST/PST registration, active taxpayer status, affidavit of non-blacklisting, OEM confirmation, and manufacturer authorization. Bid security must be submitted as a Pay Order physically before the bid submission deadline at the specified address.
