Procurement of Air Conditioner DC Inverter Units

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Bahawalpur Zone, is inviting bids for the procurement of Air Conditioner DC inverter units for the financial year 2026-27. The units must have a minimum Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of 3.2 or higher, low-noise indoor units with washable air filters, weather-resistant outdoor units, multi-speed fans with auto swing, wireless remote control with LCD display, and various operational functions including turbo cooling, sleep mode, auto restart, timer, and self-diagnosis. Installation kits must include minimum 10 feet copper tubing, insulated drain pipe, electrical and communication cables, wall brackets, outdoor mounting stands, and all necessary accessories. Warranty coverage includes a minimum 1-year comprehensive warranty, 5-year PCB warranty, and 10-year compressor warranty or better. The scope includes supply, transportation, complete installation, testing, commissioning, and demonstration of operation. Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess NTN and ATL registration, and have relevant experience in supply and installation of air conditioners. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
