Procurement of Air-Conditioners with Ancillary Services for IBB Mirza Tahir (1853) Kharian Gujrat, IBR FEDC

The National Bank of Pakistan (Department Engineering Wing North) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of air-conditioners with ancillary services for IBB Mirza Tahir (1853) located in Kharian Gujrat, IBR FEDC. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with delivery expected within 30 calendar days after contract signing. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of single phase 220/240 V, 50C/S Split Inverter (Hot & Cool) Reversible AC unit wall mounted capacity 12000 BTU (1 Ton), quantity 2 - Supply and installation of single phase 220/240 V, 50C/S wall mounted split Inverter (Heat & Cool) AC unit capacity 18000 BTU, quantity 2 - Supply, laying and connecting Copper Piping of 22 Gauge (Muller Brand or Equivalent) with Aero flex Insulation and Three Core – 110/.076 Control Wire (Pakistan/Pioneer Cable or Equivalent), quantity 40 ft The technical scope includes supply and installation of inverter type air conditioners with rotary/reciprocating compressors, copper piping with insulation, control wiring, and all necessary fittings and accessories. The AC units must have a compressor warranty of 3 years (T3 rating) and use refrigerant R410. Installation includes evacuation, nitrogen pressure testing, gas charging, and commissioning. Eligible bidders must provide proof of similar contracts worth at least Rs. 0.5 million, valid manufacturer authorization if not the manufacturer, and have an office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for after-sales service. Bids must be submitted in English and comply with all bidding document requirements including bid security of Rs. 25,000 in favor of National Bank of Pakistan. Bids will be opened publicly on EPADS v2.0 on October 20, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with fixed prices in PKR.
