Tender Description
The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring Aluminum Conductor (600mm2) and Grounding Conductor (95mm2) for its regional store. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to support the electrical infrastructure with high-quality conductors conforming to WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date.
The technical scope includes supply and delivery of 2340 meters of Aluminum Conductor (600mm2) and 6400 meters of Grounding Conductor (95mm2). The materials must meet stringent quality standards and pass type tests from accredited laboratories. Delivery is expected within 150 days from the issuance of the purchase order, with free delivery to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad.
Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC categories, valid FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience supplying similar or higher rated materials in the last five years. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of two members. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory.
