Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila, Punjab, is inviting bids for the procurement of a high-precision Analytical Balance with a capacity ranging from 0g to 310g and a readability of 0.01g (1 mg). This procurement is critical for laboratory and research applications requiring precise measurements. Items being procured: - Analytical Balance (0g~310g) Nos 01 The balance features electromagnetic force compensation technology, an aluminum alloy die-cast base, and a stainless steel weighing pan. It includes a super-bright LCD display with backlight and a glass draft shield with sliding doors for easy sample access. The interface supports RS232C for printer or computer connectivity, enabling data transfer and GLP/GMP record output. The balance offers repeatability of 0.01g, stabilization time of 2-3 seconds, and multiple weighing functions including full-capacity taring, density determination, check weighing, and formulation. It has overload protection and environmental sensitivity features to ensure accuracy. Eligible bidders must possess NTN certificates and comply with PPRA and MoDP rules. Firms should submit a technical bid including registration, audit reports, bank statements, CNIC copies, OEM trade links, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must accompany the technical bid. The delivery period is within 3 months after contract signing, with installation at the consignee site ARDIC, HIT Taxila. Warranty and after-sales services are for one year post-CRV/CRC issuance. The tender process follows a single stage two envelope method with separate technical and financial proposals.
