Procurement of Qty.01 Android / Smart LED TV Size 85 Inch or Better

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), Logistics ANS Branch, Logistics Centre (South) JIAP Karachi, is procuring a Qty.01 Android / Smart LED TV Size 85 Inch or better for delivery within 15 days from the date of signing of contract. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Qty.01 Android / Smart LED TV Size 85 Inch or better The technical scope requires 100% compliance to the technical specifications attached in the bidding documents. The delivery location is Logistics ANS Branch, Logistics Centre (South) JIAP Karachi. The warranty period is one year from the date of issuance of Certificate Receipt Voucher (CRV) by PAA. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period of 90 days. The bid security original must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline, while a scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN certificate, appearance on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for Sales Tax and Income Tax, and compliance with all qualification criteria defined in the bidding documents. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must provide OEM/Manufacturer authorization certificates if required. The bid submission deadline is Friday, August 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or annul the bidding process without liability. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price.
