Procurement of Animal Wanda and Silage by Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development

The Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, invites bids for the procurement of Animal Wanda and Silage through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure from manufacturers in Pakistan. Items being procured: - Animal Wanda - Silage Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial bids online through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 31st August 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday 21st August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar. Bidders should thoroughly study the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) before the meeting and bring their queries or suggestions in writing. Non-submission of written queries before the pre-bid meeting will result in those queries not being entertained. Mandatory Bid Security/Earnest Money of Rs. 500,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, must be submitted in original from the manufacturer's account. Ordinary, crossed, or open cheques and pay orders will not be accepted as bid security. Bidders must submit unit prices of quoted items as prescribed in the financial bid format. Quotations with cutting, erasing, or overwriting will not be accepted. The bid must include an index with proper page numbers and a table of contents. Each page must be signed and stamped by the authorized representative. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 (1) of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
