Procurement of Animal Wanda and Silage

The Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, invites bids for the procurement of Animal Wanda and Silage through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from manufacturers in Pakistan. Items being procured: - Animal Wanda - Silage Bidders are required to submit technical and financial bidding documents separately online through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 31st August 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday 21st August 2026 at 11:00 AM in person or via Zoom at the same Committee Room. Bidders must thoroughly study the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) and submit any queries or suggestions in writing before the pre-bid meeting. Queries submitted after the meeting will not be entertained. Mandatory Bid Security/Earnest Money of Rs. 500,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must be submitted in original. Pay Orders, crossed or open cheques are not acceptable as bid security. Bidders must submit unit prices for quoted items as per the prescribed format in the financial bid. Quotations with cutting, erasing, or overwriting will be rejected. The bid must include a properly numbered, signed, and stamped index and table of contents. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 (1) of KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
