Tender Description
Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites eligible national and international bidders, firms, and joint ventures to participate in the procurement of 10,916 units of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for Pole Mounted Distribution Transformers. This procurement is conducted under International Competitive Bidding (ICB) through a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules and the General Conditions of Contract.
Items being procured:
- Lot-1: 3,639 Nos. APMS on 25kVA Distribution Transformer
- Lot-2: 3,639 Nos. APMS on 50kVA Distribution Transformer
- Lot-3: 3,638 Nos. APMS on 100kVA Distribution Transformer
- APMS on 200kVA Distribution Transformer
The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of APMS as per PPMC specification No. DS-01:2026 on a turnkey basis, including all allied accessories. The project covers complete solutions for successful operation within SEPCO's jurisdiction.
Interested bidders must be registered on the E-PADS V2.0 platform; submissions outside E-PADS will be rejected. Detailed bidding documents including terms, conditions, specifications, and schedules are available on E-PADS V2.0. Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories, FBR/ATL registration, and provide earnest money as required.
The tender opening is scheduled for 05 November 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid submission closing at 11:30 AM the same day. Venue for opening is the Office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road, near Session Court Sukkur.
