Procurement of 11,413 Nos Standard Asset Performance Management System (APMS) with Magnetic Contactor and Non Motorized MCCB along with Allied Material and Related Services for Installation in PESCO Operation Circles (Peshawar & Khyber)

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for the procurement of 11,413 Nos Standard Asset Performance Management System (APMS) with Magnetic Contactor and Non Motorized MCCB along with allied material and related services for installation in PESCO operation circles of Peshawar and Khyber. Items being procured: - 11,413 Nos Standard Asset Performance Management System (APMS) - Magnetic Contactor - Non Motorized MCCB - Allied material and related services for installation The goods shall be delivered at the project site: PESCO GSC Warehouse, 132 kV Grid Station, Industrial Estate, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The contract includes supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of APMS along with allied materials and related services for distribution transformers of 200kVA and 100kVA ratings. This procurement is part of the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) financed by the World Bank. Eligible bidders must comply with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers and submit bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids will be evaluated with 30% weight on technical criteria and 70% on bid cost. Interested bidders should have valid FBR/ATL registration and meet eligibility criteria as per bidding documents. A bid security of US$ 100,000 or equivalent PKR is required. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 06-10-2026 at 11:00 A.M. local time, with bids submission deadline on 22-10-2026 at 11:00 Hrs.
