Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre (KTDMC) invites electronic bids for the procurement of assorted materials including ferrous and non-ferrous materials, hydraulic cylinders, mould base and accessories, computer accessories, tooling accessories, machines and machine accessories, electrical appliances, and oil and lubricants. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and delivery is expected within specified timelines after issuance of the Purchase Order. Items being procured: - FCD Casting (298 KG) - Carbon Steel Hollow Shaft (5.9 FT) - Copper Bar Thick (249.25 KG) - Copper Round Bar (60 FT) - EN-31 Round Bar (39.92 KG) - Mild Steel Plates (569.6 KG) - Mild Steel Round Bars (26.84 KG) - Mild Steel Pipes (7.86 FT) - Stainless Steel Pipes (147.63 FT) - Mould Accessories (50 Pieces) - Hydraulic Cylinders (7 Sets) - Machines & Machine Accessories (43 Pieces/Sets) - Oil and Lubricants (2073 Liters) - Tooling Accessories (330 Pieces) - Mould Base (1 Set) - Electrical Appliances (2 Pieces) - Computer Accessories (15 Pieces) The technical specifications for each item are detailed in the annexures, including standards such as JIS G 5502 for ductile iron casting, ASTM standards for steel and copper materials, and product brochures for machines and tooling accessories. Delivery periods vary from 4 to 16 weeks depending on the item. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations, and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 3rd September 2026 at 10:30 am, with bid opening at 11:00 am the same day at KTDMC Karachi office. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage One Envelope as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. A Bid Securing Declaration is required. Prices must be quoted Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) in Pakistani Rupees and remain fixed during contract performance. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by 15% at the time of award without change in unit prices. Performance security is not applicable for this tender. Technical and financial evaluation will be conducted on a least-cost basis for each item separately.
