Procurement of Batteries for Equipment Based at Aviation Facility of North Region

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of batteries for equipment located at its aviation facility in the North Region, specifically at Nur Khan Airbase, Islamabad (old Islamabad airport). Dimensions and polarity details are specified for each battery type. Vendors must confirm quantities of L/R polarity batteries before delivery. Batteries must be genuine, supplied in OEM packing with technical literature and manufacturing dates, and not older than 6 months for local batteries. The delivery location is PSO aviation facility at Nur Khan Airbase, Islamabad. Delivery must be completed within 30 days after issuance of the Purchase Order. Acceptance is subject to inspection by an authorized representative, with payment made after acceptance. Part payment is allowed only if the vendor delivers the complete quantity of a single line item. A 6-month replacement warranty is required for all batteries. Quoted rates must include all government taxes and transportation charges. PSO reserves the right to adjust quantities after bid opening based on requirements or budget constraints. Failure to deliver within the stipulated time will result in a penalty of 0.1% of the total Purchase Order amount per day, capped at 10%.
