Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of Battery Car 8 Ton x 8M on FOR basis. Items being procured: - Battery Car 8 Ton x 8M (Qty: 2) The battery car must have a load capacity of 8 tons, lithium-ion dry battery with charger, power steering, at least 2 axles (4 wheels), bed size approximately 8 meters, battery capable of running 4-5 hours on full load, hydraulic brakes, fast charger with cutoff at 100% charge, LED headlights and indicators, hand brake, 2-seater, horn, voltage between 24 to 48V, spare wheel with pump and nozzle, tubeless tyres, and battery life of at least 5000 cycles. The technical scope includes compliance with detailed technical specifications and acceptance test procedures as per Annexure G. Delivery is required within 2 months after signing the contract, with destination at Gun (Factory), HIT Taxila. Eligibility criteria require valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and compliance with HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt registration or pre-qualification. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, trade links with OEM if applicable, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting.
