Procurement of Capacitor Board and Power Module P/O 90KVA AXA ITW GSE 2400 GPU Installed at QIAP Quetta

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Capacitor Board and Power Module P/O 90KVA AXA ITW GSE 2400 GPU to be installed at QIAP Quetta. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the ground power units for aircraft at Quetta International Airport. Items being procured: - Capacitor Board A-5 P# 579532 P/O 90KVA ITW GSE 2400 GPUs (Quantity: 2 units) - Power Module PM1 P# 578100 / 578105 along with relay module Q5 P/O 90KVA ITW GSE 2400 GPUs (Quantity: 2 units) The technical specifications require compliance with Annexure A-3, ensuring the equipment meets the operational standards for ground power units. Delivery and testing will be conducted at QIAP Quetta in the presence of the Officer In Charge and Electrical/Mechanical representatives before final acceptance. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with FBR Active Taxpayer List requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 14, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory and must be submitted physically before the deadline. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure timely submission. One practical tip: Register early on EPADS v2.0 and verify all bid security documents are submitted both electronically and physically to avoid disqualification.
